Detailed Machining Inc. is built on the principles of making quality products and providing reliable service. Our diversified product range continues to grow by following trends, improving our standard products, and above all, listening to the customer. Our unique service has established our place in the machining industry. This allows us to make a distinctive and substantial impact for our customers.

Detailed Machining Inc. serves a variety of industries, including but not limited to: Automotive, Appliance, Agriculture, Travel Trailers, Tools, Architecture, Military, Heavy Equipment, and Lawn & Garden.

Our History

Detailed Machining Inc. started in a small, one door garage on a back alley in Sidney, OH in 1997 as a service oriented machine shop, which supplied local sheet metal fabrication shops with virtually anything they needed, and fast!

Since then We have grown to a 28 man, 42,000 sq. ft.  job shop that produces anything from single custom parts, to thousands of production parts in a wide variety, and for a very wide customer base. While we do mass produce many products for large companies, we never turn away the always common "walk-in" jobs, for our local customers.

Our Employees have a wide range of talent and bring years of experience to help serve the customer in the best way. The task force consists of Assembly workers, Welders, CNC Machine programmers/operators, and Engineers to fit any and all of our customer's needs.

Special Projects

We also handle special projects for our customers that range from simple assembly fixtures, to Jigs and Machines that have a specific operation in your factory or shop. We also make parts that are no longer available from manufacturers, to bring your equipment back to life! Just send us your schematics or simply the broken part, so we can reverse engineer it for you in order for reproduction.
